We have a detailed understanding of CDM 2015 Regulations, and we work directly with health and safety and building control executives to ensure that all standards are being met.

For every project big and small, whether it’s a conversion, extension, or new construction, we develop a thorough, well-written plan that outlines each phase of construction before any construction actually begins. Throughout the entire process, we remain in constant communication with the client and with any external designers or other parties that are also working with the client on the project.

We track our progress continually, evaluating ourselves to ensure that we’re meeting goals, staying on budget, and providing high-quality workmanship. Safety and quality standards are closely monitored throughout the entire job. Our architects, surveyors, structural engineers, M&E designers, interior designers, technicians, and other workers are all held to the highest standards, with the goal of successfully completing a project to our client’s specifications.
